I spent over 20 years in corporate environments - leading operations and workplace strategy for companies ranging from scrappy startups to global enterprises. I've managed real estate portfolios, redesigned broken workflows, built teams, and navigated every kind of organizational chaos you can imagine.

Then I became a small business owner myself. 

 

That experience showed me something most consultants miss: the gap between how big companies operate and what's actually accessible to a small business is enormous, and it doesn't have to be. The same operational discipline that runs a 5,000-person company can be adapted, simplified, and applied to a 10-person team. That's what Zamaworks does.
